HANVO Security Breaks Ground on UHMWPE Fiber Phase 2, Total Capacity to Surpass 15,000 Tons
July 9, 2026 โ HANVO Securityโs Phase 2 UHMWPE fiber project, a major Jiangsu provincial project, officially broke ground at HANVO Industrial Park in Rudong Economic Development Zone.
HANVO Security adopts a dual-drive strategy of safety protective gloves and high-performance UHMWPE fiber. Its glove production base with an annual output of 72 million dozen has been fully operational since late 2024. The 4,800-ton Phase 1 UHMWPE plant currently runs 5 full-load production lines, and all 12 lines will be put into operation within 2026. UHMWPE fibers are widely applied in bulletproof accessories, marine engineering and robot components.
The Phase 2 project adds 7,200 tons of annual UHMWPE fiber output. Upon full operation, the groupโs total fiber capacity will exceed 15,000 tons, securing its position among Chinaโs top-tier special fiber suppliers. Featuring high strength, cut resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, UHMWPE materials cover protective gear, aerospace and new energy sectors.
In the future,HANVO Security will continuously upgrade intelligent production lines and expand global high-end market applications of specialty fiber materials.
